actually they do by setting on a level 5 pokemon then you battle with the high pokemon so you don't have to hassle with reducing the HP small enough for the level 5 to kill it.
Along with the Exp Share You'll gets the following for Just 18k Coins!

Never thought of that but it still consumes quite a lot of time to do it at first where an exp share/all doesn't takes anymore time than a battle normally takes to fight

no it half and half if you do it only to one other pokemon so two battles will gains one full amount which only takes just under 30 secs with swimmer Richard compared to using toxic which takes more time to kill and to switch the pokemon. Now do you gets whats I'm saying?

exp share is better. faster less work. and it doesnt rela mater because im just trying to train my pokemon to a high level. not 6 of my pokemon.
