Mine's guide is different. Might be trying this one out. :)

EDIT : I have made my own way on making shadows before I knew this. So yeah, here it is.

I added the wind effect on mine and the way I glow is alien glow, not glowing hot.

So, I think both is good. What do you guys say?

abc- He has Added Wind (Filters >> Distorts >> Wind)
Vikas- Yeah, Nice Sprite =D
Karuma- Looks Awesome, But did you duplicate the sprite before you did the wind? If not: Duplicate Twice and do wind on each (one left, one right). Then The Pokemon should be in Foreground, and wind Background.
