Rep isn't important at all. Somebody can rep himself up with his multi accounts 20 times with different ip and get away with it since there is no ip protection in this system.

@ OP having a few spriting or coding skills improves your chances of being a staff iirc.

just be helpfull and repectfull towords other players . those are 2 of the main aspects wich help you as a staffmember.
you can be 1 of the greatst or most knowligeble players of this game but if you treat everone like crap you wont make it far as a staffmember

What if there are multiple player with same IP.Brothers,sisters using same computer.It will look like he is rating himself,but it isn't as it looks.

Haha, What is the point of asking advice for girls on a Pokemon site? Act as if some kid knows anything about girls.
I also see no point in someone wanting to be staff. Is it because you think you will get benefits like extra exp or free rare Pokemon? That isn't going to happen.
If you want to help people then do it on your own free will. Don't expect to be nice and get rewarded for it. It is a personal decision to want to help people out.

Its a nice thing to do, but do it out of generosity nothing else.
