In all honesty they suck. The motion blur, or what i assume is a motion blue, behind the sprites is very disconcerting and doesnt fit with the sprite whatsoever, if you were to remove that and just work on colours rather than effects then you might progress mainly because your colour selections are either too contrasted or too washed out in all of the sprites, try to find a happy medium where your sprites are vibrant and colourful, but not so colourful they hurt peoples eyes.
