i supose when u buy it to own the TM and thus have un limited acces to giving it to pokemon but not when it's already tought :) nice that ppl think that way though :)

hmm i was sure u would buy it once and were able to use it multiple times... unless they changed it i still believe u buy it for 4.5k and can teach multiple times
their has been numerous of threads created for toxic learning... some for like 2k worth of poke's really har to believe the seller pays 4.5k coins for a toxic to sell it for a 2k worth pokemon :) could be wrong if so i apoligize but i think i am right
