Yea, and I think to qualify to be a good staff member is that being staff isn't about having the most coins, pokemon or anything. It's just that if you love this game and want to make it better, you apply whatever you think you are good at :)

I'm used to being threatened. Some people don't realize how mean some these people are. Could you stand other people threatening your family wishing death upon you? Cursing you out? Just plain out rude? Do you think you could hold yourself back and just try to be nice about it never show a bit of anger? If you can't handle that then you most likely are no fit to be a staff member. If you can't deal with people then you wouldn't be good at it.

Yes, that same thing had happened to me. People r pretty mean. As a staff u need u give chances and It's hard like mountain dew said , to not say anything mean back to them... When staff aren't around on hat and some random user is spamming and cussing and saying explicit/ mean things to other users... The good players give them chances... They do no stop until staff come on... What I have learned is that in order to be a staff , you need to be very patient and disciplined, like flutter said, people do not need anything like coins money or Pokemon to be a staff. Staff members are dedicated players to creed who want to improve the game to attract better players. The current staff... They are amazing! They show these skills.

The only reason people would want to be in the staff list is get a "custom" poke. Nuff said.

Some people apply because they feel it is fun to become a staff.
