And people say then 'zapdos' 20k will be gone', no the 15k thing was an example just to make you understand better about the 'level cap'

If the 3rd option wins, then there should be a change in the trade cap rule which will make things better for people.
Whereas, e.g. if the trade cap was at 15k, 20k, 25k, then at some point in the game, like most of the trainers will have the max level they can achieve which then there will be no point in the Pokemon rankings as it will all be the same level and exp. Therefore making it pointless and boring.

People complain about the trade cap being so hard to achieve, then if you don't have enough trainer level to trade for a higher level, this means you are not a good trainer, so why bother trading for a higher level.

Woo go dualot :P but people are just lazy but there is still ways around getting that high level just its harder to trade for it people should just train freely to what ever level they want :)

I mistakenly voted for answer 1 when i first saw it. But after thinking about it a little more, I now think that there shouldn't be a level cap, i think there should be no limit, so that there will always be a competition who will have the highest level pokemon. I think that's way more fun.
