The reason why its called the Blissey Training Academy is because I am trying to save up to buy a Blissey.

Rules:

1) You are allowed to PM me
2) No spamming.
3) No scamming.
4) Change 2 of your pokemon's moves to Blizzard and Bolt Strike.
5) Loan me your pokemon for 1 hour. DO NOT take it back until I have finished. When you loan me the pokemon, send me the prize too.
6) Don't ask to be a Staff Member. I will recruit people. Also staff member split the rewards
7) Also if it doesn't allow you to loan your pokemon to me because of my trainer level, loan it to a staff member

Prizes

I only acept coins, items, and pokemon. No map pokemon. I will take colored pokemon, promos, and normal pokemon that are rare or high leveled.

+1 billion EXP=300 coins
+100 levels=200 coins
