I don't think that they are in stores anymore, you can try looking for them in the Item Market though. :) I found Exp. Lock in there, I'm not sure about Exp.Share though. Hope this helps! :)

Click on the name of your town in the Main Menu under the Homepage button, then under The Streets section of your town click on Dark Alley and you can find Exp Lock and Exp Share there hope this helped :)
