Aster1, yes I can, I have Pokemon sapphire, leafgreen,soulsilver, and diamond (plus older games) so I can just migrate and breed.

Pkmnmstr, ok, but I'm in Florida right now and can't get on wifi on my ds.

You can't get wild Eevee's in Black and White but you can in Black and White 2.
