Best source of proof: Clear and well written Private Messages.

Regardless if you ACTUALLY have been scammed or not, SOLID proof is required, no exceptions.

Do not submit a report if you DO NOT have proof.
However, if you do, this will greatly help reduce the scammers on Pokemon Creed.

Also do NOT submit reports about minor rule-breaking or botting/macroing - botting/macroing detection is constantly improving.

If someone is swearing/offending you via PMs, pressing a report button is all you need to do, no need to make a thread about it.

If we see/think that you are purposely trying to fake your scam report, you may be temporarily/permanent banned in game depending how serious or your scam reports will be put in lower priority in future. Do not worry, we will check scam reports to the highest standards.

If you do not have enough proof or very clear proof, investigations may be done. However at Pokemon Creed we want to make sure innocent people are NOT banned.

If you are a victim of being scammed, try not to get scammed or be in the position to be scammed again, regardless of how good the trustworthy/reputation of a player is - as that player you trust could be scammed by another member, etc.. In those cases both members are responsible.

Private Messages are the best proof you can get.

Report the message, and include links to your scam report.
A somewhat rubbish example on how to do this is shown below. Copy and paste the URL at the address bar while viewing the message/evidence.

Your scam report title must be relevant to what happened, you must include the scammer's username in the title and the scammer's trainer number or public profile link in the report.

Only certain staff can reply to dispute threads and other players cannot reply to your thread - however you can reply on your own threads.
