Ability to have a forum account (if not already as of 8th August 2014): 8 gym badges.
Ability to give reputation: 50 posts.
Ability to thank someone: 75 posts.
Ability to edit thread names: 145 posts.
Ability to lock your own threads: 325 posts.
Ability to move your own threads: 675 posts.
Ability to give +3 reputation instead of just +1, 0, -1: 1,000 posts or 150+ reputation.
