Lets Make Some Shadow
Heres The Guide For Making It-

First open Gimp
Then open a New Image of Pixel 120x120

Next open the sprite that you will use to recolor

Then on the top menu go to Colors > Colorize
And use the settings shown below

Now "right click" on the Background Layer and delete it (To make it transparent)

Now again on the top menu go to Filters>Light And Shadow>Drop Shadow
With the settings shown below

For the shadow color use the color code 8b00b8

[you must login to view images]

Duplicate the shadow sprite 2 times

Then click on the eye icon on the side of the Pokemon Sprite to make it disappear for a while

Then it will disappear

Now right click on any of the shadow sprite and click Merge Visible Layers
with the option Expanded as necessary

Next, Go to Filters > Blur > Gaussian Blur
With the following settings

And there our Shadow Sprite is done [you must login to view images]

When I open the sprite, it gives me 2 pages and the 120x120 is still blank :L
