Most of my votes will be half jokes, I feel like I should take part in this because I took part in the one last year. xD

Staff of the Year: Yeah, I heard that staff is pretty powerful. Oh wait, you meant...ohh, ok. In that case I'd say probably zapdos, since he seems to have been very active here(or maybe not? I don't know. D: ). :L
