B> lv. 3k-5k Poke

I'm kinda sick of getting outbid at the last second in auctions. so would love to buy a lvl. 3k-5k poke through trading. if they are ghost type that would be great if not thats fine. I dont especially need a ghost but know an easy way to train them. pls rate ur pokemon when u offer trades. Thank you. I made a mistake in previous thread not knowing the trading price of a high level pokemon so this time just rate and i will see if i can buy. Also, is a shiny celebi lv.5 is that a fair trade for a lvl. 5 giratina?
