i had put a exp lock on my shiny teddi
but it leveled up first it was like this [you must login to view images] and then it became [you must login to view images]

yeah this had happened to me too. I had exp. all and also my C. Ursaring has equipped an exp. lock but it gained exp and leveled up to 1001. I got so angry on that cause i wanted it to stay at level 1000.
