um i pressed homepage and i got a macroing page that said
don`t press any moves and type these words in the type box and i got it and i got 10 coins anda lot of money but i don`t know should i be worried |

OMG Dude it means don't press the moves or you'll be banned. It's called Botting/Macroing. They ask you for the codes to see if you're a bot or not. A bot is like something where it trains your Pokemon for you. So don't do that. I think that's what it is but there.

means like ripping somone off heres a example lets say u are going to have someone train for u for a prize and u set the trade up they get their prizes then they judt dont train it that would be scamming

There's nothing to worry about. It will warn you a few times, if you do happen to press a move or something like that. I've never really had that happen; It's just what I have been told.
