disappearing coins

all the coins I was given or earned have been disappering and I want to know why it started when andueza loane me enough coins to buy a golden teddiursa and mudkip but when I went to buy them I was left with 5 coins and it said sorry you do not have enough coins to buy this promo please someone help cause it's not good for me.
It's not really the coins I want but those pokemon I tried to buy so if someone can help I would be thankful

me too i went on 50/50 betted 500 coins and it took 600 i was so mad

also when you trade coins like i traded 1,000,000 money for 10 coins it gave me 5 but it said 10

and once on 50/50 biggest loss it says 660 coins lost but i actually lost 2,000 coins for my biggest lost
