When you're writing a text, you can make your text glow.

a border out side your text basically a quote box, but different.
You can bordered your text into different sections so you don't mix up your text.

This makes the writing appear with lots of mini sprite pics of pokemon all put beside and ontop of eachother to form the letters.
By putting their number on the pokedex though, and their names won't pop up, thats just showing who that number is.
There would be the sprites from the 001 Bulbasaur to 649 Genesect!
