The following only applies to those requesting/offering PAID GFX services.

If you are paying for the GFX services, and you have received unsatisfactory service/graphics in return, it is your fault and you will not be refunded. As the quality of GFX is seen differently by other people, poor/unacceptable GFX services cannot be counted as a scam.

You may post a complaint without being offensive on their thread.

Deal at your own risk, look at their reputation of doing paid GFX work before purchasing from them.

So we suggest if you are paying for GFX, you are paying someone reputable.

Selling graphics for real money is allowed, if so, please ask for PMs etc. to obtain proof in the off-chance you are scammed and again - this is at your own risk.

All rules still apply.
