Evolving Pokemon
I leveled up my Turtwig to 16 and evolved it. However, after it evolved, I said I could evolve it again at level 16. I did that thinking it was normal, however, now I don't think that. Is it regular for it to do that, or is it a glitch?

It probably is normal. My Zweilious evolved into Hydreigon at Lv. 32!

Same thing happened to my brother, he evolved his Turtwig also and was able to evolve his Torterra at lvl 16.

I have never seen that when I first started it was not like that :/ there might be something wrong. I will try it out real quick and ill check out the case. If this truly is a problem then hopefully Alan sees this.

Yup I tried several different starters and they were all suppose to evolve at the normal level which is game level. So typically 16 then 32 but it varies. But it should not evolve twice at level 16.
