You have to type because anyone can see forums, even non members, so they make it like this so non members can't steal the tutorial.

Can you post a screen shot of what it looks like when you first open it? Or an easier way is to search: Microsoft paint version 3.5.10 where is the select tool located?

You should be able to save it, then go to tinypic.com and upload it. Next, Copy the link that says Direct link for Layouts, then paste it here.
