Here is what we mean.
Say if there is a clan with 50,000 Xp
and then someone who in their previous clan had 100,0000 Xp
It really wouldn't be fair because clan XP would go from 50000 to 1050000! SO basically it's an unfair advantage to whoever has that person, and then also losing clan XP is what makes every one want to get back to the top once again! You get it!

Not a good idea because when a members with max xp leave the clan the ranking of clan will drops and the it will affect the clan leader's confidence then the clan ranking depends on the clan with the most number of high level trainers then there will be no competition among the clan and everything becomes boring

totaly disagree with this :L

Example : If zapdos , Grimreaper and dualot quit uberdua it will drop down to clan rank 5-6 or something lol
+ Clan leaders *like me* won't like it if a person that trained 200 bil for a clan *tj for my clan* leaves and the 200 bil goes away. *don't want this to happen xD*

+ Grimreaper won't like it if every clan is gonna beg to join them cuz then they get auto 10 tril lol
