I use Paint for recoloring!
PS CS5 i use for remove background and add glow or other effect!

Also, if u still have my fusion saved can u remake one, IDK If i'm allowed to suggest new ones but can I have a Dark blue one with red sparkle! Soz if it isn't allowed
