I got hacked

I got hacked a few months ago from a user named Luminous Growlithe he took my pokemon and changed my Password so i finally figured out my password and people think I am him which I am not I am getting banned in chat for his mistakes and his things he has done I want to get this handled before he hacks me again!

Because he scammed me a while back for a new rpg and it was a phishing site and he did it fast so i couldn't get on or tell anyone!
