Welcome, I'm pretty new too, but it's easy to get the jist of things. Pay attention in the forums and you can walk away with some pretty good pokemon. Make sure your pokemon have Thunder (It's what I did, It works wonders. lol) Look around the Forums, there's a LOT of help, without even asking for it. A lot of stuff I needed help with, someone already asked. :D
