Dualot had a contest and i won it. The prize was C.Raikou and he said he wouldn't give it to me Because i didnt like "The List" now since Rowl put my name up and closed it. He ruined my good reputation.DaMan what do i do.
Does a contest holder HAVE to give the prize. I want to quit now.... Please help
