Like harmony said, only regice, but another rare (legendary considered) pokemon is spiritomb which you can catch in the ghost town I think :) same thing with rotom but in the power plant. There is no easy way to get coins, if there was we would all be buying lots of rare things and leaving nothing for new trainers. However you can sell your items or do some game corner games to try get those extra coins :) hope I helped XD

Yup they are rare, in the pokemon games you can only get your hands on one rotom, spiritomb however is much harder to get in platinum/pearl/diamond

legendary can only be bought from AH or from event and promos,

I wish we could catch the legendary dogs in the wild like in very rare circumstances ya know? kinda like in the game. that'd make it pretty awesome. also it would make maps alot more relevant again since people would be searching for the legendary dogs. thats just my suggestion take it as you will.

You get legendary pokemon in there area with common sense - Fire would be in a place to do with fire - Grass would be in a grass place (that's where i have found mine anyway)
