Can't Upgrade

To upgrade a clan's vault storage it costs $2,000,000. However, when you create a clan it allows you to only store $500,000.

I really need to upgrade the storage size of my clan; and help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't need $$$; I need the clan vault system fixed. This is the second day that I can't do anything with my clan and it is getting REALLY annoying.
