Ok my disscussion is does it really matter if a Pokemon is not at it's base level because I see people saying less for a pokemon which is been levelled up but what I think is a Pokemon I worth more when it's a higher level please write back and feel your need to discuss the issue :)

I agree, doesn't make sense how a lv.100 is worth less than a lv.5.

well i understand why people lower the rate on evolved pokemon, (Ex: pichu lovers)but i don't understand why leveled pokemon are worth less than base.

because. when there is a colored pokemon base would be worth more because a lot of people would train it and once it is level 6 you cant turn back to level 5. you can but u need rare candy and 10% luck. And plus its not that worth it if is only level 100 when people can get lik 334mill exp per battle. so if there is a colored promo just keep it at level 5 and if you dont understand just think like this. if you dont train you get more coins. :] simple.. . . .

Your explanation makes no sense (in my eyes) no offence why would people not want a higher levelled Pokemon?
