i'm also looking for a ghost pokemon with fly

i dont really now people say its really good but the reason i think is good is becasue like you attack the pokemon and id the pokemons is poison its like if you attack twice in one attack

Toxic is really useful for training and is a wonderful combo with fly on ghost types
for ex. if you're facing the mysterious trainer (10x your highest lv) then toxic will chip away at it's hp while you're flying and only have a 1/8 chance of getting hit. this allows you face much higher lv poke
