there is no way to lvl fast except paying for it or battle the trainer from dark ally
|

You can battle Dark alley once you get all 40 gym badges.For starters to level up first,You can battle Swimmer Richard in NPC,use Ghost pokemons with Bolt Strike.When you get Toxic/Fly,you can go further to NPC legendaries & Dark Alley.
