That's weird, cause i have a lvl 4 golden teddy and a lvl 4 shadow munchlax, it's not a glitch or anything because their experience is 65 instead of 126
|

You have level 4 GoldenTeds and stuff because someone used a rare candy on a level 5 Pokemon.
A rare candy has a 1/10 chance to decrease a person's Pokemon level by 1. So if they were lucky, they used it on a Level 5 GoldenTed and it was a 'rotten' candy, so it went down to level 4. So that answers your question, there were no promos below level 5. |
