So I hear you’re looking for the legendary Pokemon? Well… you came to the right place; his story’s old now and it’s not told very often; but I remember enough from my father to tell the gist of it. So where to begin…
The Pokemon used to inhabit an island in the Johto region which villagers named the island of shadows, because the Pokemon on the island never looked like their true selves. Over time the island grew weaker and the Pokemon died out. In its grief the Pokemon turned to the time Pokemon Celebi to bring back those it had lost on the island. But Celebi refused saying it was against nature. The Legendary Pokemon grow angry and slashed a petal from Celebis head before leaving and never returning again.
The story doesn’t say where it went next; but we no it was just outside the Kanto region; somewhere past Cinnabar Island and further out to sea than most Pokemon dare to venture.
It is said that he tried desperately to make Shadows of Celebi to go back in time and reclaim those Pokemon it had lost on the island. But Celebi was right; it was against nature and when the legendary Pokemon tried to go back in time it lost its soul to the shadows and his Celebis’ were cursed for all eternity. Now he travels through time searching for Celebi to free him from his punishment.
Many have gone in search for the Pokemon; for he holds the secrets to time travel and creating Pokemon; which has made him the envy of poachers and Pokemon trainers for hundreds of years. Which is why I warn you not to follow them, people have lost there lives in the search. People fooled by incentives of fame and fortune. People we call time raiders.

Well it just so happens I’m a time raider and I’ve seen the legendary Pokemon myself, once anyway. I wouldn’t mind telling you where if you promise to help me look for it. So, do we have a deal?
