Hey,
I have wanted to start a clan of my own because most clans do not have the things that I would expect of a clan (active players and loaning/training centers) So I proposed to start a new clan....then I looked at the price. So my idea is that when get a band of 5 players together and the one with the most coins is clan owner and the next 2 are clan co-owners and the next 2 are moderators. If you want to try to start a clan post in this thread and pm me. If you have any ideas to pm.
