For some reason I can't race against shiny pokemon although i do have 2 in my box.
Level cap doesn't apply for these, I am not even given the option to select a pokemon, the folder just keeps empty. Bug or am I doing something wrong eventually? :S

you have to race the same shiny poke. e.g shiny turtwig against shiny turtwig, you can't race a shiny snivy against shiny turtwig., it has to be the same poke

Yup. Same goes for cursed,luminous,etc. And sometime a pokemon is too high leveled for you to race too so look what level it is too :D
