promo center must be in a low prize like 10 or 20 coins for starters on pokemon creed so they can also have the promo it's not fair to the others that they have that promo and the other players don't have one

Everyone works hard for their coins. New people can too. Wouldn't be fair if a person can just make a new account to get a 1k promo for 10 coins. Lame
