You can't actually get registeel but you can get a cursed registeel and I think regice was added to the maps by accident .so did rotom

You go to the ice cave to find regice but i have a kyoger ill sell you kyoger, you also by the way when you buy the legandries in the game corner you have a slight chance of winning a shiny pokemon i believe its a 1:30 chance but its still worth it.
