I don't think Toxic is able to be retrieved if you change it.

I believe it goes away.
Simple solution: Don't change it. Especially if your trying to make up some excuse to say you had Toxic when you never did because if you did why would you change it? yes what biga916 tols is correct that I believe it goes away.
