The Pokemon that I give out for free isn't effecting the rates at all, I give to people who have nothing, a help to start on creed, doesn't have anything to do with the rates.

That should increase the rates, if training is harder it should increase the rates. The operative word is ' should ' , it would maybe not even effect the rates.
The reason why the rates have gone lower and lower is because of the greedy nature of players. Players who wanted training wanted it always cheaper, and the most fault lies within the trainers theirself. They lowered the rates to do it cheaper than other trainers, so that they would get the most training jobs. That went on and on and brang us to where we are now, trainers should have sticked to one rate, but greed and stupidity, and also because soon they had no other choice, ruined the rates a lot and trainers will soon have no more advantage in the game.

That is not what I was saying. The higher the pokemon, the easier the training.
That means trainers will do it for cheaper.
Training would become harder by taking out Mysterious Trainer, for example, because he gives ton's of experience.
But that doesn't matter anymore, rates are ruined and will always be.

another things that didn't help, was all those "Bonus Exp Day", every time something bad happen to the site(like some one hacking the site, or DDosing the site, or the site when slow for awhile) Da man make a Bonus Exp Day anywhere from 2x-7x the experiences, and many peoples was able to makes tons of High level pokemon and lower the rate down every time we have Bonus Exp Day.

I'll will admits, I'm partially the blame on why the rate is done to 100 coins per Billion worth of exp, but at the time I was in need in coins, and other peoples was already rating is at 100 coins so I have to lower my rate to get any training job.

some people didnt know that training for cheaper means that other trainers will lower rates too

I was on holiday when there was 3 x, 2 x and 5 x epx boost, I only once had an exp boost by x2 for one day to train my highest level, so if you really wanted to train you could do it without too. The reason why many ppl have 10ks + is because we high level trainers trained them for them xD.
Most players are too lazy to train really high or don't have enough time for it.

But still, thanks to them, each time the rating got lower because someone(s) trains all day and got their pokemon to 9k or higher and thought they can trains cheaper then peoples that have a super high level, and other people caught on, and decided to lower the rate and forces the Higher level trainers neither to lower their rating or dont trains at all for other people.

I remember when I first started training everyday (in October 2011), the training rating was at 5k, and as the months went on it gotten lower and lower, and by March 2012 the rating was down to 1000-2000 coins, and when The site got hack in May, and Da Man makes the Bonus Exp day at 7x, then the next day at 3x and then the next day is was at 2x and back to normal the day after, the rating was at 600-1k, and each time after that we got a Bonus Exp Day, someone(s) that trains hardcore, lower the rating down each time. So dont be surprise if we get another Bonus Day Exp in the future, the rating will be even lower then what they are now, like 50 coins per billion worth of exp.

Why not start something? Lets get everyone training for 500 a bil. :)

yeah all trainer sud decide to make the rate high and after than we all go by that rate so we get equal training couse the price isnt differ so if we all gud trainer decide to increase the rate i think it wud stop

because it seems the only way you can get a job is if you go as low as 50 coins

we should all go back up to original rates when i started
