yes what jaden11212 told is rite that they are all obtainable by going to the promo center there, you can by all of them but shinys cost about 10-20 coins each cursed cost about 30-250 shadow costs 250-500 rainbow ?

First you can't catch colored pokemon you need to buy them.

You can obtain shinies by doing the random swap which will swap your first pokemon with a new one for cash. If you are lucky you will get a shiny on the first few swaps, then again it could take sometime before you get one. As for colored pokes you can try your luck at contest/events and even buying them from the auction. You can also get them from the promo center. Hope i helped.
