Does anyone know the algorithm/equation for XP (earned in battle) that this site uses? Just interested to work out when I will be getting certain amounts of xp with what level pokemon :)

I'm always interested in this too! It's probably some sort of exponential function but I don't know exactly what it is.

i'm not sure this is what you mean but if you type in the level of the pokemon you can see how much xp is needed.

No, like if I were to type in level 10,000, I want to see how much EXP I'd get per battle, say against...Mysterious Trainer.

I think it's between x^2.1 to x^2.2, where x= Level. Not sure though.

i think i read somewhere in Da Man's post that it is x^1.7
not sure though because right now i cannot find it but it is being posted on the forum

X^1.7 is what he wants to change it to, so it will be harder to level.
