What do they mean when they say fake referalls? does that just mean referring yourself? or what?

I believe it is getting multiple referrals from the same people, including yourself. Referrals have to be from different IP addresses.

Ok because iv'e been giving a referral to lots of different people and I wanted to know if they thought something was up for me doing that or something
