Auction??
I still haven't figured out how to put pokemon in the auction house. Am I blind or is the button sort of hidden??

In the auction house.
You can see there a button "Hold Auction". So basically Auction House->Hold Auction. Then you can set what pokemon and how many days will it take to finish. |

go to auction house, click on hold auction then pick the poke you want to sell.
