So my Pignite is level 21 but my newly caught Shinx is level five. Whee can I fight low-levels to raise my Shinx?

Change the move of the pokemon you want to be trained to Bolt Strike. Battle swimmer richards in NPC fights. Weaken the Piplup with Pignite and faint him with the shinx.

i think the best way to train is what peace is saying that is for a low level pokemon for a high level you should battle the MEw trainer

Well he can't battle the mew trainer because his pignite is only level 21 and to defeat unova,you need a level 500 or more so they can't battle mew trianer

if you are starter then you must fight it with the highest lvl pokemon and when the hp drop at maybe 100 change your pokemon to shinx to kill that lvl 20 poke

you can battle swimmer richard as it is the best way to train a pokemon but make sure the pokemon that needs training knows bolt strike

i suggest got to market forum and find someone to train up to 1k fo free :D then, it'll be easier for you to train

if u use the move bolt strick on the trainer richard it take like 2 hit or 3 hits it depends one the lvl ur poke is at like i have a lvl 1k and it take 2 hit to kill it
