When you buy pokemon is your trade cap used? or can you buy whatever pokemon that you want there?

Alright i was saving up for a few levels over my cap lol cap is proly involved everywhere then alright thanks for the info :D

yes your cap is used because u can only keep the very high lvl Pokemon u had before they created the lvl cap but u cant buy or trade any Pokemon that lvl is beyond your lvl cap but with the exception of borrowing or lending Pokemon for a few hours or maybe more
