Star, I believe you can only get normals from specific swaps, i don't even think you get shinies. I believe this because you are able to pick the pokemon you want so it only gives you a random. I'm only about 40% right I belive, Sorry if this isn't helpful.

are you talking about the specific swap on clan rewards if you are you change the clan credits it asks for and then some pokemon appear and you choose the one you want and its normal and you dont swap pokemon for pokemon
