It is a awesomely great work for your first sprite but i think the colour should be less darker and it would be cooler

I like them, especially how colorful they are. But just one question, why are they called Gear Pokemon?

I call them Gear Pokemon because I used to play with nerf guns and the series that was out was the red and orange series like elite series is blue orange and I thought the red/orange series was called gear nerf but I just find out like 2 months ago that it was a phrase called gear up. So I liked it an stuck with it.
