why cant you buy more than two pokemon in the promo center, just asking

its against the rules,only 2 promos per ip address

You cannot buy more than two pokemon in the promo center because each time someone buys a promo the rarity goes down so would you rather have a rare pokemon or two pokemon that are not as rare
