Poetry is a combination of story with song,thus a beat is made in which many come to enjoy.I never hear anyone talking about poetry or famous poets ever,so maybe I can share what one is like.

Everything always goes wrong
whenever something in my life is right.
I keep listening to the same song
feeling the same empty dark space with no light.

I find a way to drive things away
by doing the things I do to saying the things I say.
I lost my Father by a simple wave of his keys.
I lost my cousin when he took them out.
Now I feel I'm slipping again.
I feel as if I lost the one I loved,my best friend.

I want to be happy.I really do...
But I'll never be if I lose you.

elegant leaves
breezing in the midst of dawn
in calm ocean breeze

oh i see is he some kind a writer somelike a book release. or he is just a freelancer writer. i like he's skills in writing since i once want to be a writer. but since it will be hard in my country to earn money with that profession i stop.

Yeah he stopped too,and we don't know what he's doing.He was real good at it too.He filled up a whole journal on it.

yeah i also done that but it was way back when i was high school. i wish i could turn back the time when making poem make me happy. that brings happiness to my friends.

Maybe I should try some myself one day,just to carry on this legacy.

^^ i like the poems. So are you saying that poems should be given a lot more credit than they are currently given? If so, i definitely agree, but a good percent of the art industry (not only poems) are being neglected
